Last week I finally spent a couple of nights in a place that I’ve had on my list since it opened just last year. My accommodation of choice is always somewhere that pays as much attention to the outdoors as the indoors; I want to soak in giant bathtubs and sleep in the comfiest beds while also having the freedom to roam outdoors, making friends with animals and admiring gardens. I also love staying somewhere where every room is unique, giving me an excuse to keep on returning to experience each individual space. This place ticked every box on my list.
