Musings about slow, conscious & design-led travel by a writer & photography based in the English countryside.
Postcards from Wherever delves deeper into the slow travel content I share on website, Wherever. I wax lyrical about a more conscious way of travelling, open the pages of my Little Black Book of hotels & hideaways, share insider guides to my favourite places, and write musings on everything from design-led accommodation to the ethics of sharing the places that we visit.
Once a month, I share a newsletter which is free for everyone to read. This edit includes everything that has caught my eye over the past month — not just travel, but also books, interiors, fashion, beauty, gardens and anything else that catches my eye. For those of you who enjoyed my previous reading recommendations, this is where I’ll be sharing reviews of what I’ve read over the past month, as well as upcoming releases I’m excited to pick up.
Paid subscribers will also receive 2-4 exclusive newsletters each month, themed mostly around slow, conscious, design-led travel. They will be invited to comment on these newsletters, opening up conversations with me and other subs. I also open up my DMs to paid subscribers, if you’d like to have a private chat with me.
My aim is to be the must-read for anyone who wants to embrace a slower pace to their travels, is more mindful about how and where they travel, and who loves a beautifully designed hotel or hideaway. I’ll also occasionally provide insider tips as someone who works in the industry as a travel writer and photographer.
A note on subscriptions
I publish one free newsletter a month that all my subscribers have access to: my monthly edit. For just £5 a month, paid subscribers will also have access to all of my newsletters, plus my back catalogue.
